When a customer mentions Yelp — escalation steps

If a customer references our Yelp listing (briz-new-york) during a call or chat, follow this:
- Acknowledge — most Yelp callers found us via Felix or Maria reviews. Thank them for choosing us.
- Offer the BL2026 promo (10% off first ride) if they haven't booked yet.
- After completion, send a polite follow-up: "If we earned 5 stars tonight, sharing it on Yelp keeps the lights on. Here's the link." with the Yelp business URL.
- Never offer a discount in exchange for a review — Yelp filters that out.
