The current cancellation policy (verified Apr 2026)

Cancellations are counted by the day, not by the hour of the reservation. Schedule:
- ·After confirmation, more than 7 days before pickup → 30% of reservation cost retained.
- ·Less than 7 days before pickup → 50% retained.
- ·Less than 24 hours before pickup → 100% retained (no refund).
- ·No-show or same-day cancellation → 100% (no refund).
All cancellations MUST be submitted via email — phone or text cancellations are not valid and the customer owes 100%. Sanitation fee of $250 applies for damages or contamination. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of trip end.
Same schedule applies to sedans, SUVs, buses, party buses, stretch limos, and sprinters.
